Pasta With Broccoli, Garlic & Oil



  • 1 tsp. Bellino Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup Cento Oil (ItalianBlended or Olive)
  • 1 1/2-2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 lb Anna Orecchiette ( or other cuts)
  • Cento Grated Romano Cheese
  • Salt and pepper








Sauté garlic in oil until golden. Remove garlic from pan. Add broccoli and water. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until broccoli reaches desired tenderness. Cook Anna pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving some liquid. Pour sauce over pasta. If dry, add reserved liquid until satisfied. Sprinkle with Cento Grated Romano Cheese.
