Preheat oven to 350˚F. Cook Ferrara Jumbo Shells
per package instructions. While pasta cooks, combine
cheeses, egg, salt, pepper and parsley. Coat bottom
of
baking dish or pan
with 1 cup pasta sauce and set
aside. Using a tablespoon, carefully stuff shells with
cheese mixture.
Place stuffed shells in baking dish
on top of sauce,
then generously coat with
remaining
sauce.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake
for
25 minutes.
