Shipping Policy:

 

We take every precaution when packing your order to ensure it arrives undamaged.
Jars and other glass containers are secured in air-bubble or foam cushioning.
 If you select USPS as your carrier, please note that insurance is included in the shipping cost.
          
          UPS provides insurance on all packages valued up to $100 free of charge.
Please remember that UPS will not deliver to PO Box address,
you need to provide your home/business street address.
We reserve the right to change carriers if we deem so necessary.

In case your insured mailing has been lost or damaged in transit you can recover the value of your order by
filing an insurance claim. To file an insurance claim, the carrier requires you to present the damaged package.
In the unlikely event your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us via e-mail,
so that we may assist you in filing the claim.
Fine Products International, LLC can not file insurance claim  on your behalf.

Fine Products International, LLC is not liable for orders that are lost or damaged in transit.

All orders include packing slips with detailed product information. It does not include the
pricing ifnormation, if your would like to have it please let us know.
